What is the difference between the myApps Assistant and the Assistant App?

The myApps Assistant acts as an interface that connects myApps with a Large Language Model (LLM). It is accessed by the Assistant App and the Connect App. You can choose which LLM is to be connected.

The Assistant App is connected directly to the myApps Assistant and therefore to the LLM. It brings artificial intelligence directly into myApps and allows you to easily access information from other services such as Call List, Contacts, Softphone and Search. Optimize your workflows and make your day-to-day work even more productive.

Which LLMs can be integrated into the myApps Assistant?

You may select any LLM of your choice. What you need is following: The URL of your LLM, the version of the model used, and an API key for access.
