With innovaphone myApps, the collaborative work and communication solution for businesses of all sizes, a variety of functions is already included, without additional cost. These functions are: Telephony, video calling, presence status, chat messaging, remote call control (RCC), admin options, Office and mobile integration as well as screen sharing / application sharing.

Following apps are already included with the innovaphone PBX: Phone App, Softphone App, Chat App, RCC App and PBX Manager App. There is no need to download these apps separately from the innovaphone App Store.

The Alarms App is a monitoring tool for administrators. Individual PBXs or all devices within one network can extensively be monitored with this app. The Alarms app indicates active system errors to the administrator, and relevant information for each error notification is displayed.

Analytics is the simple, comprehensive and visualized way of evaluating calls to reduce unanswered calls and optimize your business processes. You can easily keep track of a lot of data, mobile on a smartphone or on your pc monitor or a big screen for everyone.

Appinion can facilitate decision-making processes by quickly and easily asking myApps users for their opinion. You can determine yourself how many answer options you offer the user to choose from. The creator of the poll sees the voting result in percent, as well as how many votes were cast. An app that every company should have installed.

With byon callpoint, byon offers a comprehensive telephone conference platform as a service. This enables the fast and uncomplicated organization of telephone conferences with customers, partners or for team meetings. Functions such as: security PIN, access control, participant overview, moderator function and many more make the callpoint platform a useful conference tool.In order to use the full range of functions of the byon telephone conferencing plattform, additional licenses must be purchased directly from byon. Selectable call number display for external telephony.The byon LineSelect App is designed for companies with teams or employees, that need to display different phone numbers for external calls. In the byon LineSelect Admin App, multiple lines with different phone numbers can be created and assigned to specific profiles. These profiles are then distributed to the employees. In the byon LineSelect User App the employees can select their required profile and change the outgoing phone number as needed.

The byon vACD app allows users to access the byon contact center software (vACD) from the innovaphone myApps interface. This gives users the ability to manage and view key features of the vACD agent view. The integration provides a better user experience and eliminates the need to switch to a separate program or browser. The functions include: Create and manage users, create groups and assign calls, manage devices and licenses, create and edit queues and announcements, view statistics and reports, bulk edit and manage user objects and much more. With byon WhoIsOn for innovaphone myApps you get an app, which displays the presence statuses of Microsoft Teams members and those of innovaphone PBX users in one interface. This means you have all participants from both worlds available in one view. In the free version of this app, it is possible to connect a client in Microsoft Teams (this requires the byon WhoIsOn Microsoft Teams app - for more information see the byon WhoIsOn article in the innovaphone Wiki) and a client from innovaphone myApps. In order to display the users, as well as their presence status from Microsoft Teams, further settings in your Microsoft Azure environment are required (- for more information see byon WhoIsOn article in the innovaphone Wiki)

You can use the Calculator App for simple calculations such as additions, subtractions, divisions, multiplications as well as trigonometric functions and more. Entries can be made via smartphone, mouse click or via keyboard.

Call Info can show you important information about the caller in your myApps Phone App for easier and more qualitative (customer) communication. The app obtains the information from an external LDAP server, which in turn can collect its information from a wide variety of sources. The Call List App lists every single incoming and outbound phone call (also group calls). Missed calls are indicated via an icon on the call history list. Detailed information can be accurately traced.

The Callback Manager app adds a new feature to the innovaphone solution. A large number of objects can be monitored and missed calls can be recorded in a list for processing. Daily call statistics are also generated.Since it is a service license, no user license is required. Therefore, any number of users can be authorized to the callback list and use it.

Callback2 is an app, which manages the callbacks of your company. Instead using email, paper, you got a modern interface for myApps that is compatible with your smartphone. In the Interface you can manage your own callbacks and have the possibility to create callbacks for other users. Every callback has a priority level, a status and an optional notice. These attributes can be changed by the sender or creator. Callbacks can be passed to other users or when finished moved into a history. All data changes of a callback are saved and can be seen by the users related to this. If you want, you could use the app to do some call notice instead of callbacks.Callback2 is the successor of the Callback App, with Team functionality. Camera allows an employee to easily access the MJPEG video image from one or more IP cameras. We welcome suggestions for future versions of this app.

Send private messages and group chats with texts, emojis and data files via the Chat App. The app provides a secure messenger solution and is compliant with all security & privacy guidelines. Calls can be started directly from the Chat App.

Admins can use the Conference App to conveniently set up and manage virtual meeting rooms. Users enter these virtual meeting rooms to join online meetings directly via myApps (one app icon per myApps meeting room). They can further create invitations and administer dial-in PINs for enhanced security.

Use this digital collaboration platform to conveniently share information with others, participate in discussions, coordinate tasks with your colleagues - across project teams, departments and within the entire company.

The Contacts App is a company directory. Users can look for contact information via the search field. This may be done by entering name, company name or telephone number. Detailed information will be displayed with one single click.

All devices of a cloud solution or on-premises installation are displayed and managed in the Devices app, from VoIP gateways to the end devices. Backups and updates are set up and installed in the Devices app.

Doorbell displays a high-resolution image of the corresponding video doorbell in myApps even before the call is answered and enables direct door opening by means of a displayed button, instead of overburdening the user with poor image quality and key combinations that have to be remembered for such an actually simple process.

Use the DynamicTeams from aurenz to turn normal hunt groups into flexible service teams in which the agents can log in and out independently as required. The presence status of the agents is displayed on a team basis. A group-related call journal with callback status allows lost calls to be followed up in a targeted manner.

With EasyConnect, XQTING makes it easy to integrate with innovaphone. It makes REST APIs available and, via webhooks, the EasyConnect app can notify your (low code) application of certain events, such as call monitoring or administrative changes.

ESENTA I Door communication THINKING AHEAD! A wide range of options, simple operation, central configuration of doorbell plates. Uncomplicated voice and video via WebRTC as an alternative to SIP.

The Events app is a monitoring tool for administrators, just like the Alarms app. All errors that have occurred are permanently stored in the Events app. Errors that have already been resolved are also listed here. Select or all events in the app can further be deleted.

Use the Fax app to send PDF documents to fax recipients and to receive faxes as PDF documents (Fax2Mail). The faxes are arranged according to sender or recipient. Sending a fax from your personal inbox is also possible (Mail-to-Fax).

Files can easily be stored and organized with the Files app. These files can further be assigned individually and announcements to waiting queues can also be managed here.

With the Gigaset Provisioning App it is possible to automatically add and remove DECT devices via IPUI provisioning on the Gigaset Nx70 IP DECT. In addition, the LDAP configuration can be provisioned.

comteloGROUPS brings structure to your call groups. If you want to work together efficiently, this app has many advantages. Thanks to the user-friendly interface, waiting ques are clearly summarized and provide information on the status of the groups and their participants. Which participants can currently be reached in my group? Who is available or has an appointment right now? Are there static participants in my group who are permanently assigned to it and therefore always accept calls? These are just a few examples that the comteloGROUPS app makes visible. Internet Radio allows to pick your favorites from many radio stations. During phone calls, the radio gets muted automatically, so you can concentrate on the phone call. When the phone call ends, the radio resumes.

This app enables queries to look for contacts within a directory (LDAP directory). Search results are conveniently displayed within the Phone App and the Softphone App.

Another tool for diagnostic analysis is the Logging app. Administrators can use this app to view information on the installation in real-time.

The myApps Assistant brings AI to myApps. The Assistant provides an interface for apps to communicate with an externally connected AI system. This enables applications that support daily work and increase personal productivity.

With the myPhoneKeys App, any registered innovaphone desk phone (IP11x, IP10x, IP2x2, IP1x0) can be operated and configured remotely. It is possible to configure function keys, activate or deactivate call forwarding, mute the ringtone and more.

Use the Notes App for short texts and notes to help as reminders. Notes can be created, edited and deleted. It is further possible to select different colors for the various notes.

The administrator configures the innovaphone PBX for the installation with the PBX Manager app. Waiting queues, Reverse Proxy, DECT systems and much more can be set up and managed with the PBX Manager.

Pinboard can replace the information board for notices in the company and saves eternal scrolling in chat histories. If you need or want to publish information to all users, this is the app for you. You can differentiate between long-term important information and short-term information by selecting an expiration date. In addition, this prevents the "eternal" hanging of obsolete information, e.g. in case of a change of responsibility, on the company information board.

Presence Favorites allows the creation of personal Presence Favorites. You can set the presence status color, the text and a time for how long this presence status should remain set before switching back to green/present. This way you can prevent forgetting to adjust the presence status after e.g. a fixed lunch break time.

The Profile App allows the user to individually configure the own user account (profile picture, e-mail address, password, username). The user can further set up Mobility and call diversions with the Profile app, in addition to joining or leaving groups and adding other devices.

All you need for the configuration (provisioning) of the respective end devices is the corresponding MAC address of the device. The Yealink phones that have been provisioned can then be managed via the Devices app.The app is a representative example for the integration of additional IP phones from other manufacturers. With our completely open and expandable platform architecture of myApps, we enable the development of provisioning apps for end devices from almost any manufacturer.

Queue Board is an easy way to improve the quality of your corporate communication by using this app to get an overview (live and the supervisor also historical) of the waiting time and the number of callers. You can see how many callers and after how long these callers gave up the wait. Give each individual team member (call agent) and the supervisor an easy way for all team members to log in or out of the group. If you want to keep an eye on several waiting queues at the same time, simply open the desired waiting queues next to each other on the supervisor monitor or visible to the team on a larger display. The information can just as well be viewed mobile on a smartphone. In addition, the following can be configured in the app: wrap-up time, how active agents are counted, alarm thresholds and the resetting of values. A supervisor can also be a call agent at the same time.

The RCC App (Remote Call Control App) is used to conveniently operate any end device and to make or accept phone calls on this end device via the myApps interface. With the RCC App, the user can always be reached at the own extension, regardless of what device is being used.

All calls can be recorded with a Recordings license. All recorded calls are clearly listed within the Recordings App. The recordings can be played back within the app. This app is ideal for critical applications where it becomes necessary to record calls, for example if phone calls are contractually binding.

The Remote Control App enables remote access to a computer. The app is a great tool for IT departments to provide remote support. It can further be used as a collaboration tool.

The Reports App displays telephony enquiries by using individually configurable filters. Reports can further be created according to specific times or time periods. Continuous analysis of successfully answered, lost or rejected phone calls provides valuable information.

Room manager is an application that allows you to manage the check-in and check-out of hotel clients. It also allows you to manage the control of the cleaning status of the rooms. The main functions of the room manager are the following: room management, registration of clients in the room, check-in and check-out, filter of available rooms, filter of clean rooms. The room cleaning control can be managed from the app and also allows you to change the status by using a combination of keys on the room telephone. With an intuitive interface, it allows the hotel reception to have complete control of the status of the rooms. With this app service, written content can be translated in all apps supporting this function. Translations is a client-side API which can be used by any app and any service.

This means that a room is only opened at the time of need and cannot be created on the server in advance.One level lower, a distinction must be made between the room name and the web access link.If a room is created as a moderator or initiator of a session, an invitation with the corresponding access link can be sent to this room via Jitsi Meet.After the last participant has left, the room is eliminated from the server and no longer exists.Once a room has been entered, however, it is noted in the browser cache of the respective users and is suggested to them when they call it up again.In reality, however, this room does not exist or no longer exists on the server at this time. It would only be (re-)created when it is called up by the first user with the corresponding rights.If the browser cache is cleared, the room or the room link is no longer known and cannot be used again.

The trizwo WQ Status app displays a simple status overview of calls in a waiting queue within the app. Users of the app see an overview of the number of calls on hold on a well-structured status screen. In addition, the phone number or the name resolved by the PBX as well as the time the call has been on hold is displayed for each call.The trizwo WQ Status App collects the number of calls as well as their standby time and displays them in an overseeable waiting queue.Therefore, a detailed list of the duration of the sequence of call events is generated. The Voicemail App manages the access to the voicemail inbox. All voicemails are available to the user in an organized fashion and voice messages can be played back in any sequence.

This application allows you to manage the wake-up service of a hotel. The user with access to the application (usually the hotel reception), assigns to a room the date and time in which he wishes to be woken up. Wakemeup makes the automatic call at the established date and time. The call queue is configured to load the audio file that wakemeup  should play during the call. The WordGuess App by innovaphone lets you guess a different word every day. You can select the length of the word ( 4 to 8 letters per word) and the language (English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch). When initially starting the app, you will receive a quick explanation.

The Working Manager App is an app for HR departments. It provides an overview of the work time information of all users. Settings such as the weekly working hours or the amount of work days per week can be configured individually for each user.

The Working User App enables employees to digitally record their working times. All hours worked per day / week / month as well as an overview of the actual working hours and the target working hours are conveniently displayed.

Yealink end devices can easily be integrated into an existing innovaphone PBX with this app. All you need for the configuration (provisioning) of the respective end devices is the corresponding MAC address of the device. Yealink phones that have been provisioned can then be managed via the Devices App.
