How myApps Improves the Guest Experience at Hotels

myApps as virtual hotel reception & online booking tool

Better guest services for a memorable hotel experience.

(Future) guests can quickly establish contact via the website of your hotel. Website visitors can call your reception to book a room directly via the web browser, no 3rd party booking services involved, no chatbots.

Once the guest has booked a room and is on site, check-in and check-out can quickly be processed via the contact widgets - a quick call to the reception as validation for self check-in / check-out are sufficient.

myApps for digital orders and other services

Generate QR codes for customers to establish contact with dedicated agents. Some examples: Guests will be able to use these contacts to order drinks at the bar without having to leave their spot at the pool. During their city trip, they can call the reception of the spa to book a massage for the evening.

Any employee or group of users can be configured as the recipient of the message or call. If desired, calls can also be forwarded accordingly.

All the recipient needs to receive the call or message is an end device with internet connection.
