Administrators profit from a variety of apps to remotely manage the innovaphone installation.
Gone are the days where you had to switch back and forth between different programs: with myApps, everything is managed in one central client – no matter where you are and what device you are using. Configure and service all devices plus VoIP gateways, access the innovaphone App Store and use monitoring tools to keep a close check on the installation.
The Alarms App is a monitoring tool for administrators. Individual PBXs or all devices within one network can extensively be monitored. The Alarms app indicates active system errors to the administrator.
This app provides the admin interface for the App Platform plus access to the innovaphone App Store. The admin can coordinate installation, monitoring and configuration of the App Platform with this app.
This app allows admins to supply all innovaphone gateways with valid SSL certificates. They are automatically requested from the provider Let’s Encrypt and subsequently installed on the local devices. Devices always have a valid SSL certificate.
The Devices App is an admin tool to manage entire installations. With this app, the admin has access to all gateways, PBXs and app platforms of one or several customer installations.
All errors that have occurred across the system are permanently stored within the Events App. This includes the listing of already resolved issues. It is possible to delete select / all events listed in the app.
Files can easily be stored and organized using the Files App. These files can further be assigned individually and announcements to waiting queues can also be managed.
The LDAP API App is used for search queries within a directory (LDAP directory), for example when looking for a contact. The search results are displayed in myApps on the Phone App and Chat App.
Another tool for diagnostic analysis is the Logging App. Administrators can use this app to view information on the installation in real-time.
The myPhoneKeys App is an interface for admins to configure and control innovaphone IP phones in use. The user / admin can configure and operate any innovaphone desk phone (IP11x, IP10x, Ip2x2, IP1x0) remotely.
The administrator configures the innovaphone PBX for the installation with the PBX Manager App. Waiting queues, Reverse Proxy, DECT systems and much more can be set up and managed with this app.
