The 4^th Beta Version of 15r1 has been release! Join our test phase and be one of the first to discover the latest features and functions. Visit our Beta Store to download the software. What to expect with Beta 4: 

• myApps UI:
  • You are already familiar with our myApps design themes light and dark. We are pleased to introduce a new option: “system”. This third option will automatically adjust to the color theme selected in your operating system.
  • Would you like to ensure quick onboarding? With myApps, you can now opt for an intro if a user logs into myApps for the very first time.

• Working App: The working time account in the Working App has been optimized. It is now possible to manage and adjust working time accounts of employees. All changes remain transparent since they can be checked in the history.

NEW with Beta 3: 

• Assistant App: The Assistant App integrates artificial intelligence directly into myApps. Interfaces to other app services enable quick access to information from other apps: Call List, Contacts, Softphone, Search.
  
  
• Connect App: In addition to discussions via posts, you can now send and receive chat messages within Connect. Conveniently chat with other users or user groups. Connect Apps can be made available via shared services for external communication.
  
  
• Working App: Managers are now able to check the working times of employees before these are transmitted to HR. Users can further to conveniently enter their absences for several days.
  
  
• DECT OTA: Manage your innovaphone DECT handsets wirelessly, over the air (OTA). Physical access to the devices is not required for updates and changes to the configuration. What’s best: You can manage everything via the Devices App.
  
  
• Switchboard App: Call diversions are now displayed with colored lettering for Busy Lamp Field entries (BLF). You can also override call forwarding from BLF and search details in order to put important calls through, despite active call forwarding.
  
  
• Search App: The global search in myApps now adapts to the new design with rounded edges - for seamless integration. 
  
  
• Softphone App: Redesigned UI, optimized handling, extra features – the Softphone in myApps has a fresh look.

Today, we released the 2^nd Beta Version for you - a great opportunity to join our test phase, if you are not already on board!

What to expect with Beta 2: 

• Remote Control App:
  Remote access no enabled with external participants. A shared link enables the connection via myApps environment or an external client.
• Conference App for Ad Hoc Conferences:
  Full control over the access to own conferences. The Conference App is now also available for ad hoc conferences created via the conference operator.

The old *.innovaphone.com certificate expires on December 29^th, 2024.
With this software update, the new *.innovaphone.com certificate will be installed in the trust list of all devices.

Users Admin App: Root Node as Default

When a new PBX user is added, a PBX node is randomly selected. Default node for new PBX users is now ’root’.

Connector for Microsoft365: Presence Synchronization with Microsoft Teams

177979 - Connector for Microsoft365: Presence are not synced anymore because of breaking change of Microsoft

The presence synchronization with Microsoft Teams no longer worked, due to technical changes with Microsoft. This has been fixed and the presence synchronization works again.

myApps Plugin for Linux: Headset Keys

177845 - myApps Plugin for Linux: Fix Headset HID Control

Omproved handling of the function keys at the headset when using the myApps Plugin for Linux. Especially users of Citrix and other VDI infrastructures profit from convenient call answering.

Search App: More Information Displayed when Searching for Contacts

When looking for a contact, the address also includes the country.
