Advantages of Your iP Connect Partnership:

 

Full innovaphone Partner Status

After having successfully passed the training, you will receive the full innovaphone partner status, including a certificate.

Low Training Requirements

After a short and intensive 2.5-day training, you will have already achieved the expertise to set up the majority of your customer installations independently.

Special Purchasing Conditions for iP Connect

After successful certification, you will receive special purchasing conditions on all innovaphone hardware and software products.

Special Conditions for Own Use

You will receive special purchasing conditions on innovaphone hardware, innovaphone software, other end devices, accessories, 3rd party software and innovaphone desktop phones (only IP phones without accessories). No maximum limit. Sell-on only possible after at least 12 months.

Exclusive for innovaphone Partners: myApps 4U Promo

Get all innovaphone software components for your in-house PBX free of charge: The innovaphone PBX for telephony as well as the myApps platform with the working environment for UC and virtual collaboration.

Access to Support Resources

You will receive the opportunity to access innovaphone support resources (subject to charges).

Become innovaphone Partner Connect 

After having fulfilled the following requirements, you can apply for the iP Connect partner status and will then receive a dedicated partner contract. You will receive support access (subject to charges) and have the opportunity to achieve further certification levels. We recommend our distributors to offer special purchase conditions (incl. NFR) to partners with the status iP Connect on the innovaphone product portfolio.

Requirements for an iP Connect Partnership

Employment of an innovaphone Technician Connect (iT Connect)

The innovaphone Technician Connect (iT Connect) training takes place either online (Virtual Classroom), in form of a hybrid training or on site, at one of the innovaphone training centers (in the official language of the respective location). The training lasts 2.5 days. It is completed after successful participation and after passing the final exam at the end of the training. The training fees are 1,500 EUR per person.

 

Sales Trainings

Your sales representatives participate in an innovaphone Sales Training on the entire innovaphone product portfolio.

 

Promoting innovaphone on Your Website

You promote innovaphone as UC solution on your website (provided that other manufacturers are listed there) and link directly to www.innovaphone.com. With this reference, you use the current innovaphone logo.

 

Registering Projects via the Partner Portal

You register your projects via the innovaphone Partner Portal. 

 

innovaphone Plus Corporate Subscription

Your business has an innovaphone Plus corporate subscription for all technicians to remain up to date.
