Become innovaphone Technician Advanced (iT Advanced)

Become innovaphone Specialist with the innovaphone Technician Advanced Training:

In this training, you will learn how to autonomously install complex innovaphone PBX and myApps installations & scenarios. The iT Advanced Training is based on training module 1, the iT Connect Training. Before you can participate in the innovaphone Technician Advanced Training, you will need to obtain the certificate as iT Connect (innovaphone Technician Connect).

After successful participation of the iT Advanced Training, the participant is an "innovaphone Technician Advanced" (iT Advanced) and receives an official certificate.

Please note: We offer three final training dates to technicians who have already completed the V13 iT Advanced Training – Part I but who have not yet completed Part II of the training successfully.

If you have not visited a V13 iT Advanced Training - Part I so far, please register for a new V14 iT Advanced Training.

Following training options are available for the innovaphone Technician Advanced Trainings.
The type of training is indicated with each listed training date below.

"Virtual Classroom Training"

"Onsite Training"

"Hybrid Training"
  • In order to participate in a “Virtual Classroom Training”, you will require certain training hardware.*
  • For most efficient communication between the trainer and the participants, we also recommend using a webcam and a headset with microphone.

We will provide additional information on the preparation and set-up of your training environment in a separate e-mail which you will receive once you have registered for a training.

 An on-site training takes place in one of the innovaphone training rooms. Please make sure to bring your own laptop.

Hybrid trainings take place in form of on-site trainings in the innovaphone training rooms. Participants also have the option to participate in this training virtually, via the Virtual Classroom. The requirements are the same as for Virtual Classrooms (stated above). If you would like to participate on site, please make sure to bring your own laptop.

The iT Advanced Training is a 2.5 day training which can either be completed as a Virtual Classroom Training or an Onsite Training at one of the innovaphone locations (Sindelfingen - Germany, Verona - Italy) or in form of a hybrid training.

In order to participate, you will require certain training hardware.*

All training material is provided in English. Adequate command of written and technical English required to participate.

2.5 days spread over 3 days (training starts on day 1 at noon & ends on day 3 at noon).

Depending on the date, this course takes place in German, English, Italian or French language. Please note: All training material is only provided in English language.

Please note following requirements to participate in an iT Advanced Training:

 

Requirements
  • Successful completion of the iT Connect training
  • Basic knowledge in the field of telecommunication
  • Basic knowledge of TCP/IP
  • Understanding of technical texts in English
  • Administrator rights and skills concerning your laptop
  • Experience with web-based applications
  • Preparatory setup of the training environment when participating in Virtual Classroom training
  • For onsite trainings: Please bring your own Windows laptop with a browser that is up-to-date (IE, FF, Chrome), in addition to e-mail and administrator rights
  • Installed innovaphone training hardware*
  • Workplace with Windows 10 OS, a browser that is up-to-date (FF, Chrome - no Internet Explorer), e-mail and admin rights
  • Unrestricted internet access (no blocked ports, no Web Proxy, enabled PPTP)
  • Telephone at the workplace
  • Mobile phone with Android or iOS. WiFi access point with direct connection to IP411RIGHT. Mobile phone must be able to register at WiFi access point.

* Please note: In exceptions, it may be possible to lend the required training hardware for the duration of the training course as an alternative to purchasing it (in agreement with the training provider).
