innovaphone Pleased to Announce its New Subsidiary in France

Sindelfingen, Paris: April 23rd, 2018 - The German specialist for professional corporate communications innovaphone is stepping up its activities on the French market by founding “innovaphone SAS”. Having recently signed a promising new distribution agreement with the French ITANCIA group, the All IP pioneer confirms its intentions to expand in France by opening its new French subsidiary. It is the third European subsidiary for innovaphone in addition to sites in Austria and Italy.

Dagmar Geer, CEO of innovaphone AG, underlines: “Demand for our IP Telephony and Unified Communications solutions has grown steadily in recent years along with sales generated in France. At the same time, we have been able to win many more well-known Partners. The next logical step was to found an innovaphone subsidiary in this fast-growing market in order to ensure that we provide an even better service to our French Partners by being present locally. Our French team in Germany will provide technical and sales support to ‘innovaphone SAS’ to further expand the Partner network and to provide services to our customers.”

The current pan-European switch from ISDN and analogue networks to IP networks supports the expansion strategy of the German IP specialist. "The switch to All IP is very much driving demand for our products. Our solutions enable companies to realise a secure and customised ‘smooth migration’ to Voice over IP," continues Geer.

The French subsidiary is currently being entered in the commercial register and will presumably start operating in the first half of 2018. With recognised expertise in the area of VoIP and the fact that he has already helped to develop the French market with a network of more than 180 Partners, Thierry Gonon has been appointed head of "innovaphone SAS". Thierry Gonon has previously worked as World Wide Product Marketing Manager at Hewlett Packard and has headed the European operations of SMC Networks.
