Sindelfingen, June 5^th, 2023 - Following the landmark “time clock decision” of the European Court of Justice a few years ago, the systematic, reliable, objective and accessible tracking of all working hours has become a legal requirement for employers across the EU. innovaphone presents a digital, legally compliant solution, the Working App. Time tracking of working hours can be activated for all registered users with just a few clicks in the innovaphone myApps work and communication environment.

The only requirement for testing is that you have an innovaphone PBX with myApps and the current firmware.

The Working App consists of two parts: a user app for employees to conveniently record their working hours and an admin app that provides the HR department with a quick and uncomplicated overview of employees’ working hour information as required. Due to the fact that occupational health and safety considerations, such as compliance with the legal provisions on rest periods and maximum working hours, were decisive for the enactment of the law, both workers and employers can meet their respective obligations in this way.

Like all apps on the innovaphone myApps platform, the Working application can be used on a PC as well as on a smartphone or tablet, thus accommodating the mobile reality of many employees. It is completely embedded in the innovaphone myApps ecosystem and thus enables you to switch seamlessly between individual app applications. The result is a smooth work experience.
