Flexible Rental Model (OPEX) with On-Premises Operation

The innovaphone Rental Model unifies all the advantages of traditional on-premises models with the benefits of a cloud solution: just as with a typical cloud solution (e.g. innovaphone myApps Cloud), licenses for required software products are not purchased but can instead be rented. Additionally, it is even possible to rent innovaphone hardware products so that the entire communications solution can be fully recognized as operational expenses (OPEX).

The range of functions always remains the same. If you opt for the Rental Model, you can select all the software and hardware products that you need from the full range of functions that our innovaphone myApps work and communication platform has to offer:

• Typical functions of traditional IP Telephony with the possibility of integrating desktop phones, smartphones and DECT solutions plus waiting queues, call distribution, voicemail & more
• State-of-the-art Unified Communications and Collaboration functionalities such as tools for audio and video conferences, chat, application sharing (screen sharing), fax and many more
• Various work and administration tools such as CRM and Office integration, versatile reporting options and others

Always on board - our standardly integrated security functions and mechanisms: innovaphone Session Border Controller (SBC), innovaphone Reverse Proxy, end-to-end encryption via DTLS SRTP and ICE (STUN+TURN) plus two-factor authentication.

Operation on Dedicated Hardware or Virtualized in (Your Own) Data Center

The innovaphone Rental Model offers you three options to rent innovaphone products and solutions:

• The IP telephone system (innovaphone PBX) including all its components runs on a VoIP gateway located in-house, on the premises of your company
• You run the innovaphone PBX at your own data center in a virtualized environment based on VMware or Hyper-V
• Combine the innovaphone Rental Model with our Cloud Services and rent all the software components from highly secured European data centers

The choice is entirely yours: If you select one of the first two options, you have full control over the required hardware or servers. This also includes the possibility of administration and maintenance remaining with your own in-house IT department. If you opt for our Cloud Services, a certified innovaphone Partner will take care of this for you.
