Following apps listed are products of innovaphone app partners.

Before the purchase of a product, please obtain information on the scope of services, operating requirements and support. As the licensor, innovaphone AG is not responsible for contents and services provided by app partners.

Licenses of partner apps are required to license a partner app on the myApps communication platform. Numerous innovaphone apps / partner apps are license-free or activated with a feature license. Following apps require a license or the respective feature license.

Groups

comtelo gbr is the developer of the partner app Groups. This app brings structure to your call groups. Thanks to the user-friendly interface, waiting ques are clearly summarized and provide information on the status of the groups and their participants. Which participants can currently be reached in my group? Who is available or has an appointment right now? Are there static participants in my group who are permanently assigned to it and therefore always accept calls? These are just a few examples that the comtelo app Groups makes visible. The practicality of the app is supplemented with additional functions, such as a call directly from the app or the chat button for short messages in between.

Callback Manager

effexx its GmbH is the developer of the partner app Callback Manager. The Callback Manager app adds a new feature to the innovaphone solution. A large number of objects can be monitored and missed calls can be recorded in a list for processing. Daily call statistics are also generated.

Licensing

This license is a service license. One service license required per callback list irrespective of the number of users. Several waiting queues can be summarized per callback list. Each additional callback list requires an extra service license as well as an additional app instance.

Diversion

effexx its GmbH is the developer of the partner app Diversion. This app adds a new feature to the innovaphone solution. The app allows users to set different destinations for call forwarding, depending on internal or external callers.

CRM Extensions 

ilink is the developer of the partner app CRM Extensions. ilink CRM Extensions is a slim and flexible Windows application for inbound caller recognition and for dialing phone numbers through company phones with a click.

A popup window displays information like caller name, company, location, and phone number for inbound calls. This information is directly taken from your CRM system, from your address book, or from public telephone directories. Using the “Open Contact” button, the user directly opens the corresponding contact view of the CRM system. Initiate a call via mouse click from many CRM systems, or use the hotkey to dial from almost all Windows applications.

Use this interface to manage your own callbacks and to create callbacks for other users. Every callback receives a level of priority, a status and an optional notice.

KG is the developer of the partner app iFrame. iFrame is an application that allows you to centrally and easily manage access to a company’s corporate application website which is iframe compatible, for example ERP, CRM or other information systems You can further opt to add the user SIP ID or an individual string of the user to the configured URL.

Phone Control

MediaRunway GmbH & Co. KG is the developer of the partner app Phone Control. Phone Control allows the user to mute the phone at the remote workplace while at the office and vice versa. The user also gets a list of phone devices where he / she is currently logged in.

Queue Board

MediaRunway GmbH & Co. KG is the developer of the partner app Queue Board App. With the Queue Board App, no calls are lost. You further have a clear overview of the available agents and the call volume. Calls can be managed flexibly and evaluated – without requiring an additional infrastructure.

Licensing

One license per user (one license each per User, Supervisor, Dashboard) with any number of end devices as well as per User (user license) and Waiting Queue (service license).

Share

MediaRunway GmbH & Co. KG is the developer of the partner app Share. The Share App allows you to exchange files that are too large to be attached to e-mails. There are many other good reasons to share files with this app: Encrypted, password-protected and limitable file transfer via your own system.

Mediterranean Consulting is the developer of the partner app Sites Manager. This app allows easy access to a company’s corporate applications such as ERP, CRM, other information systems, etc. and central management of these applications.

Wake Me Up!

Mediterranean Consulting is the developer of the partner app Wake Me Up! This application allows you to manage the wake-up service of a hotel. The user with access to the application (usually the hotel reception), assigns the date and time of the desired wake-up service to a room. The app Wake Me Up! makes the automatic call at the established date and time. The call queue is configured to load the audio file that should play during the call. The application records the result of the call.

Partner Apps of our App Partner trizwo IT & Communications GmbH:

trizwo Jitsi

trizwo IT & Communications GmbH is the developer of the partner app trizwo Jitsi. The trizwo Jitsi App simplifies the organization of the conference rooms of the free Jitsi video conferencing solution and facilitates handling for repeated use. The conference rooms can either be created via the public free Jitsi server (https://meet.jit.si) or via one’s own.

The trizwo Jitsi App app consists of a user and an admin component.

With the latter, Jitsi video conference rooms can be predefined, which remain permanently available and can be entered with one click via the Jitsi User App.

• To use the admin version, an App(trizwo-jitsiadmin) license is required.

trizwo WQ Status

trizwo IT & Communications GmbH is the developer of the partner app trizwo WQ Status. The trizwo WQ Status App displays a simple status overview of calls in a waiting queue within the app. In addition, the phone number or the name resolved by the PBX as well as the time the call has been on hold is displayed for each call.

The trizwo WQ Status App collects the number of calls as well as their standby time and displays them in an overseeable waiting queue. Therefore, a detailed list of the duration of the sequence of call events is generated. If desired, the measured values are made available for retrieval by Prometheus via the app’s internal web server. This enables visualization options (as in our monitoring solution with Grafana) and alarm functions to be implemented.
