Choose the Agents to be Included as Contacts on the Website

Select individual users or groups of users as dedicated agents for the contact widgets. The available contact options as well as the displayed presence information can be configured individually for each agent. Following options are available for the displayed presence status:

Can I add more web applications to my widget?

You can use the Contact Widgets App to add more applications (e.g. a calendar) via URL to your contact widgets. If you select this option, the customizable URL will replace the e-mail button.

Does the website visitor need to install anything before initiating a (video) call?

There is no need to install any additional software. Our widget uses WebRTC technology and the video call can easily be initiated using the standard browser tools.
