innovaphone provides the perfect solution: a company directory with external contact details accessible to all PBX users. Authorized users maintain all data or, alternatively, data in form of a CSV file from a CRM system is integrated. Every employee has access to this company directory, which is listed within the Contacts app.

Users can look for contact information via the search field. This may be done by entering name, company name or telephone number.
Additional contact information such as address and position within the company is displayed with just one further click. The Contacts app (external contacts outside the company) as well as the Users app (internal contacts within the company) presents the user various options for establishing contact via mail, chat or phone call directly from the app. External contacts can be pinned to the home screen by clicking on the home button of the respective contact.
External company contacts are managed centrally so users are not required to maintain a personal address book.
The option of uploading CSV files (e.g. from a CRM system) ensures that data and contact information are always up to date, without requiring much administrative effort..
