innovaphone myApps Cloud – Structure & Concept

Our IP telephone system and UC solution are independent yet perfectly integrated components of the innovaphone myApps platform and are standardly included in the innovaphone myApps Cloud solution. Offer your customers full innovaphone functionality from the cloud without any limitation: Typical functions of classic IP Telephony, state-of-the-art UC functionalities and various work and administration tools in myApps.

How is innovaphone myApps Cloud Structured?

innovaphone myApps Cloud consists of two main components:

1. innovaphone myApps Cloud Service for the provision and operation of a PBX in the cloud
2. Software Rental for the use of required software components in the myApps Cloud

An online contract will be concluded with innovaphone for both of these components – either by you as the reseller or upon re-quest by the customer directly.

Who Will Be Responsible for What?

With innovaphone myApps Cloud, we continue to rely on our well-established sales model via our certified Partners – meaning via you as our Partner. You take care of your customers yourself and manage the innovaphone PBX as usual without having to worry about operations.

What Does the Pricing Model Look Like?

Your customer will only pay what is actually needed and what you make available within the scope of your individually compiled service package. In this pay per use model, you are firmly integrated into the value chain.

innovaphone Software Credits (iSC) – The Electronic Payment Method for Software Rental in myApps Cloud:

• Your customer purchases the desired cloud service package from you. The respectively required software components are paid for by using iSC.
• You order the required iSC via your distributor and load these onto the account of your customer.
