How does it Work?

Our myApps Plugin for Virtual Desktops enables audio calls via softphone from virtual environments (terminal servers such as Citrix Workspace, Windows Remote Desktop, Linux, etc.).
The plugin is installed on the local computer of the user and starts automatically once the virtual environment is opened. The user can initiate and accept calls directly within the virtual environment via the softphone, without having to switch to the local computer beforehand.
 

Only requirement: myApps client plus Softphone App is installed on the virtual desktop environment. The innovaphone myApps Plugin for Virtual Desktops is available for Citrix Workspace, Windows Remote Desktop, Linux etc. No extra licenses required.
