This allows you to initiate calls via Teams as well as myApps – there is no need for you to switch back and forth between different software. Your presence information is synchronized in real-time.
Participate in online meetings without being disturbed by incoming phone calls. The Connector for Microsoft 365 enables the two-way synchronization of presence information between innovaphone myApps and Microsoft 365. In a mixed environment with Microsoft Teams, your line will be indicated as “busy” while you are participating in an online meeting. You will not be disturbed by incoming calls or notifications during the meeting.
myApps provides another integration option for meetings via other platforms such as Zoom or Cisco Webex: The intelligent integration with the kuando®-Hub. innovaphone further offers the kuando® Busylight, a great gadget that visually displays your myApps status (do not disturb / busy / available) at your physical workplace. Thanks to the indicated color of the busylight, your colleagues will know straight away if you a free to talk or if they should come back another time.
Initiate calls via your Softphone App on your remote device without having to switch to you local computer. The myApps Plugin for Virtual Desktops enables audio calls via softphone on a terminal server (Citrix Workspace, Windows Remotedesktop etc.). The plugin is installed on the local computer and starts automatically as soon as the terminal server environment is opened.
