1. Infrastructure Support License - Start License and User Licenses

The Infrastructure Support license is a service license. In combination with the myApps Cloud service, this license provides additional support for the servicing partner. This license can be rented as an additional option. With myApps Cloud PREMIUM, it is already included within the product.

With this license, innovaphone provides following services:

• 24 / 7 infrastructure support hotline for the respective cloud instance
• With this service, the certified innovaphone technician who is responsible for the system will be able to open tickets relevant to the infrastructure also after regular business hours. In specified cases, necessary measures will be coordinated with a technician.

• For this license to be active, all PBX ports need to be covered with the Infrastructure Support license, without exceptions.
• The Infrastructure Support license consists of a Start license for the first PBX port and of port licenses for every additional port. Depending on the product (myApps Cloud / myApps Cloud PREMIUM), this license has differing iSC consumption.
