Callback2 is an app, which manages the callbacks of your company. Instead using email, paper, you got a modern interface for myApps that is compatible with your smartphone. In the Interface you can manage your own callbacks and have the possibility to create callbacks for other users. Every callback has a priority level, a status and an optional notice. These attributes can be changed by the sender or creator. Callbacks can be passed to other users or when finished moved into a history. All data changes of a callback are saved and can be seen by the users related to this. Presence Favorites allows the creation of personal Presence Favorites. You can set the presence status color, the text and a time for how long this presence status should remain set before switching back to green/present. This way you can prevent forgetting to adjust the presence status after e.g. a fixed lunch break time.

Queue Board est un moyen facile d'améliorer la qualité de votre communication d'entreprise en utilisant cette application pour obtenir un aperçu (en direct et pour le superviseur également un historique ) du temps d'attente et du nombre d'appelants. Vous pouvez voir combien et après combien de temps ces appelants ont abandonné l'attente. Donnez à chaque membre de l'équipe (agents) et au superviseur un moyen facile de se connecter ou de se déconnecter du groupe. Si vous souhaitez surveiller plusieurs files d'attente en même temps, ouvrez simplement les files d'attente souhaitées les unes à côté des autres sur le moniteur du superviseur ou visibles pour l'équipe sur un écran plus grand. Les informations peuvent tout aussi bien être consultées sur un smartphone. The trizwo Jitsi app consists of a user and an admin component.This app requires a licence for use in future versions greater than v13r2sr29 (131022).Please purchase a corresponding licence before the next update.With the latter, Jitsi video conference rooms can be predefined, which remain permanently available and can be entered with one click via the Jitsi User App.The trizwo Jitsi App thus simplifies the organisation of the conference rooms of the free Jitsi video conferencing solution and facilitates handling for repeated use. The conference rooms can either be created via the public free Jitsi server (https://meet.jit.si) or via one's own.An extension with additional functionalities is in preparation.Important: The trizwo Jitsi app is currently only functional in the browser environment. L'appli Working User App permet aux employés d’enregistrer facilement leurs heures de travail. Tous les horaires de travail quotidiens, hebdomadaires et mensuels sont détaillés avec un aperçu des heures contractuelles et effectives.

Intégration simple et rapide des terminaux Yealink dans un système innovaphone PBX existant. Pour configurer les terminaux correspondants, il suffit d'indiquer leur adresse MAC respective. Les téléphones Yealink provisionnés peuvent ensuite être gérés via Devices App.
