Linking multiple call flows is also significantly simplified.Integrated Active Directory/LDAP synchronization enables connection to multiple directory servers via secure LDAPS connections. Both multi-forest and multi-domain environments are supported. Users can be automatically imported into the telephone system. Using user-defined mapping rules, elements such as licenses, call flows, or other PBX configurations can be automatically assigned to specific users.
